FAQ
What if I add a coach later?+
One subscription. First seat €90/year, 2nd–4th €80, from the 5th €70 (up to 10, then quote). A teacher joining mid-year: you add a seat, Stripe prorates the rest of the year.
How much does it cost?+
€90/year for one coach, 10-day trial with no card. Studio: €170 (2), €250 (3), €330 (4), then €70 per extra seat up to 10.
Do clients need an account?+
No. They open your page, pick a slot, and get email confirmation.
Can I keep WhatsApp?+
Yes. The page takes booking chaos out. WhatsApp stays for the relationship — not for running the calendar.
Where is the page hosted?+
At mycoach.studio/your-studio. You choose the address. Live example: mycoach.studio/flowmail.
Which address sends the emails?+
Your Gmail or Microsoft mailbox, via OAuth — not a generic myCoach inbox.
Can I stop during the trial?+
Yes. No card at signup. After the trial, you subscribe yearly if the studio fits.
What if I already use Calendly or a website?+
myCoach is built for the studio (offers, groups, passes, client emails). Paste the link in Instagram, WhatsApp, or your current site.
