FlowMail Hosted Club

The all-in-one option: court booking and member management built into FlowMail — no spreadsheet to maintain. Your club accepts that we host operational data. Transactional emails run on your FlowMail subscription; payments use a separate Stripe stack on the club’s own account.

What you get

Members use tabs inside your branded club page (book, my bookings, ranking). Admins get a lightweight ops console in FlowMail — members, courts, reservations, CSV import. No Apps Script deployment.

  • Native booking app (same rules as the PadelClub pack — slots, trainers, singles/doubles)
  • Magic-link sign-in and club-branded emails from your FlowMail account
  • Optional white label (custom domain — phased rollout)
  • Payments via a generic commerce module — Stripe tenant account, not mixed with your FlowMail SaaS billing
  • CSV export anytime; scheduled API sync to Google Sheets for analytics

Reports: Looker Studio + Google Sheet

We do not rebuild Power BI inside the app. A sync API pushes stable tabs (bookings, members, payments, court utilization) into a read-only Google Sheet. Looker Studio connects natively — custom dashboards on demand.

  • Sheet tabs: bookings, members, payments, court_utilization, sync_meta
  • Nightly or on-demand refresh from Supabase views
  • Club opens one Looker Studio link from the admin console
  • Bespoke dashboards = new Looker report on the same sheet, no app release

When to choose this vs the other tools

  • Padel court booking (GAS) — you keep data in your Google Sheet; DIY setup
  • Stripe ↔ Spreadsheet — payments without leaving Sheets
  • FlowMail Hosted Club — zero Sheet/GAS ops; best if you want dashboard + emails + booking in one place and accept hosted data

FlowMail subscription

Hosted Club is tied to an active FlowMail plan (or trial): confirmation, cancellation, payment links, and invitations count against your email capacity — the commercial reason to subscribe.
