Copy the spreadsheet template

Duplicate the Padel Club pack spreadsheet into your club Google account. You keep full control of members, courts, bookings, and ranking data.

Google Drive → open the template → File → Make a copy. Rename it (e.g. “Padel Club Demo — Court booking 2026”).

Demo admins pre-filled: charles@berthillon.eu and charles@flowmail.studio. Replace with your club admins in the Admins tab.

Configure the spreadsheet (club side)

In your copy, follow this checklist. Menus are under 🎾 Padel Club.

• Extensions → Apps Script: paste the short bound/Code.gs snippet (provided by FlowMail after onboarding)You never receive the full library source — only this menu wrapper.
• Add library PadelClub — Script ID from FlowMail, identifier PadelClub, pinned version (e.g. 1), Development mode OFFVersion number is shared when your club pack is activated.
• Menu 🎾 Padel Club → Setup / UpdateNative dashboard (KPIs + charts), Feedback tab, tab colors by category.
• Fill Config: SPREADSHEET_ID, club name, sender email, club calendar ID, WEB_APP_URL (FlowMail hosted)Club shared calendar only (phase 1) — no personal calendar invites. 7-day window, max 2 bookings/week by default.
• Fill Members — club level P1–P5, optional FFT rankInternal ranking from 1000 pts or mapped from club level.
• Verify Courts (5 courts) and slot durations (60 / 90 min)Training sessions skip score & ranking.
• Configure FlowMail / Maileroo sender in Config → Test emailOne-way club emails — members do not need a FlowMail account.
• Test: magic link login → book court → invite accept → score → ranking emailGoogle Calendar event on confirmed booking.

Go live for members

Share the web app URL with members (email, WhatsApp group, QR code). Optionally embed it on a FlowMail community page like Padel Club Demo.

• Mobile-first web UI — hosted by FlowMail (master web app URL)
• Magic-link login by email
• Library updates when you choose to bump the pinned version
